A private middle school and high school specifically designed for students with exceptional scheduling needs. Your passion is our priority.
The Academic Conservatory at Project Ballet is a college preparatory private school for students in grades 6 through 12 that offers a condensed school day and an abbreviated annual calendar for focused students with exceptional scheduling needs.
Our rigorous curriculum provides a comprehensive and challenging path of study that exceeds Indiana state standards in all core subject areas. Small class sizes and individualized attention allow opportunity for both the gifted student and the struggling student to be pushed and excel. Our school offers all of the courses required of a college-preparatory middle school and high school. The rigor of our coursework lays a solid foundation for each student’s higher learning. Through dual-credit courses at PFW and other local universities, our upperclassmen often graduate with transferable college credits.
This uncompromising commitment to high-quality classroom instruction has fostered scholastic growth in students who come to us from a variety of educational backgrounds. Although The Academic Conservatory was established to provide on-site academic instruction for ballet students, enrollment has since diversified to also accommodate the unique scheduling needs of children pursuing elite training in other passions, including music, hockey, tennis and figure skating. We are also an attractive secondary education solution for students who have been homeschooled and desire an intimate and personalized educational environment.
In addition to our commitment to first-rate, learning-based course work, we also provide social resources typically associated with larger institutions, such as field trips, academic honor society, activity clubs, service opportunities, and social events. These resources foster a sense of friendship and community among all students, across all grade levels.
